Mission
Tech2Step builds inclusive pathways in tech by centering women and allies and advocating for gender equity at every level of the industry.
Through mentorship, professional development, leadership cultivation, and creative networking, we transform isolation into connection and potential into progress. Our mission is to amplify diverse voices, foster belonging, and support individuals to grow, lead, and thrive together.

Vision
We envision a tech sector that truly reflects the diversity of the people it serves—where women and allies are represented, respected, and leading with confidence.
A future where communities grow through meaningful connection, innovation is shaped by lived experiences, and equity is embedded into how technology is designed, built, and scaled. In this world, every voice has power, and everyone has the opportunity to lead.
Core Values
Our core values define how we show up for our community and how we build lasting impact. They guide our decisions, relationships, and programs, shaping an ecosystem rooted in trust, collaboration, and care.
These values are not abstract ideals, but everyday practices that help us cultivate belonging, nurture leadership, and create inclusive spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to contribute.
We spark meaningful connections.
We bring joy and positive energy.
We reimagine networking with purpose.
We amplify voices for inclusive leadership.
Everything happening right now across the Tech2Step movement gather, grow, and get involved.
